Return Policy
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage costs will be deducted from the issued store credit.
At this time, ANNASE does not offer exchanges.
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear or damage, with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.
All return requests must be submitted through our online returns system to be processed. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you via email.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@annase.com within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
ANNASE reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
